, we conducted a long reflection and actions to provide solutions for the needs of national and international economic actors and were able, thanks to our experiences, practices and international relations, to find;
on the one hand,
financial partners (provider, holders of funds) who can provide guarantees for the States and legal persons (private, cooperative and public),
on the other hand,
partner banks that can lean on these guarantees to set up credit lines that can finance projects of states or private, cooperative and public companies in all fields except the military field.
